EULA (Terms of Use)

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the Service means Mirex, its community feed, clips, profiles, comments, purchases, moderation tools, and support processes made available through the app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Before registering or logging in, users can review the EULA (Terms of Use) and Privacy Policy from the entry screen. By creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use Mirex, you accept this EULA.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Mirex only for lawful, personal, and community-appropriate purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with operations, or submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, sexual, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal material.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the account information you provide, for activity that occurs through your account, and for keeping your access methods secure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and original service materials, belongs to Mirex or its licensors. You keep ownership of your user content, but you grant the permissions needed for us to host, display, process, filter, moderate, and operate it within the Service.

6. User Content, Filtering, Reports, and Blocking

You remain responsible for the posts, clips, comments, captions, profile details, photos, and other materials you submit. Mirex uses automated keyword-based filtering together with manual moderation review to reduce objectionable content. Users can flag objectionable posts, clips, comments, or profiles from in-app safety controls. Users can also block abusive members; once blocked, that member's content is removed from the blocking user's feed immediately and a moderation record is retained for developer review. We review safety reports as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.

7. Enforcement

We may hide or remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, eject abusive users, or terminate access when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate reports, or comply with law.

8. Purchases and Credits

Some features may require an in-app purchase through Apple and the App Store. Any virtual goods are consumable digital items, are not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to final sale or non-refundable rules except where law requires otherwise.

9. Tracking Permission on iOS

If the iOS app uses data for tracking or attribution, Mirex requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before collecting data used for tracking on iOS. If permission is not granted, iOS tracking authorization is not available to the app for that purpose.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Service Availability and Amendments

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including community tools, purchases, or support processes. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
